YHC has returned from a full on vacation and felt the need to get back in gear and sweat out a week of good living! 11 total (including 1 FNG) made it out to GS for the fun. Here’s what we did:

Mosey over to the figure 8 track (might have an official name, not sure). #Usain Bolt’s – pax calls an exercise that others perform while he takes a lap. 11 guys = 11 different exercises. Flutters, dollies, WWIIs, merkins, burpees (courtesy of Padre) and others
Head over to Nippler’s Hill for hill escalator.
10 merkins run to top and back down
10 merkins, 20 squats run to top and back down
10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 double count LBCs run to top and back down. Fast guys run the figure 8 loop while the six finishes up
Rinse and repeat
Head over to front of school for some more pain
10 HR merkin, 10 air press, 10 squats, 10 air squats, 10 burpees
9 HR merkin, 9 air press, 9 squats, 9 air squats, 9 burpees
etc etc down to 1
you know it’s extra fun when the legend known as Sushi is very quiet and avoids the mumblechatter
YHC’s jump rope makes an appearance. Usain Bolt’s for Mary – Pax calls core exercise while they get 25 turns on the jump rope. Always interesting to see the wide variation in jump rope skills. Definitely #kryptonite for some.
