The Thang
Mosey to the top of the park for 20 dips and 10 box jumps. Mosey to Wild Ace for 20 reclined pull ups and 50 OYO flutters (single count).
Mosey to towards MUMC with 10 merkins at Cannon and Poinsett. 10 big boy sit ups at Cannon and Jason St. Run down Cannon to Main for 10 merkins and 10 squats. Joe up the stairs at MUMC for some people’s chair.
Everyone grab two blocks and head for the parking lot. Each man does 3 man makers, farmers carry both blocks halfway down the parking lot for 3 man makers, then to the other end for 3 man makers. Farmers carry back across the lot with 3 man makers at the mid point and three more back at the start. 10 block squats and 50 SC flutters with the block. Rinse and repeat across the parking lot with only one block. 10 block squats and 50 SC flutters with the block. Rinse and repeat with 2 man makers at each stop. 10 block squats and 50 SC flutters with the block. Rinse and repeat with one man maker at each stop. 10 block squats and 50 SC flutters with the block. (Total: 45 man makers, 40 block squats, and 200 SC flutters)
Mosey back to the park with 10 big boy sit ups at Church and Main. 10 Turkish Get-ups at Jason and Cannon. Turn left down to the Cannon Center and Joe Hendricks up the steps to the Cannon Center porch (PAX did squats when they weren’t on the steps).
Mosey up to the City Hall building and do lunges between the columns with three V-ups at each column.
Mosey back to the picnic shelter for 20 incline merkins. 20 picnic table presses.
