b8 PAX ventured out to the Tower of Terror feeling inspired and courageous as we ventured down a dark and not yet visitied version of memory lane for YHC… We banded together and pushed one another towards the goal and we all finished strong. He’s the rundown.

Conditions- 54 degrees and a little drizzle

Warm Up:
25 SSH IC
15 Merkins IC
20 Butt Kickers IC
20 High Knees IC

The Main Thang:
Line up for a Indian Run…maybe the longest Indian Run in TOT history. 7/10 of a mile down S. Main Street to the ABANDONED CAR WASH. The memory part is that growing up in Simpsonivlle YHC has washed his car there hundreds of times…however…today we left the water off and put the Pain on!
Line up on opposites of a single wash bay, sitting agains the wall.
20 Peoples Chair Squat IC
30 LBC IC
10 Donkey Kicks OYO
Rinse and repeat x2
Go the back side of the wall for the next installment…
Balls to the Wall hand walks length of the wash bay,
when finished do 5 one legged dead lifts on each leg OYO
Rinse and Repeat x3
Indian Run back towards the Tower.
Stop on block short for a “game.” It’s a little tag, a little sharks and minnows, and Burpees.
THE RULES: Create boundaries about 50 ft x 50 ft. 1 PAX starts as “It.” Once he tags another PAX, they drop for 5 Burpees (modified from 10!), and they too are “It.” Now there are two “Its.” You continue to pick off the PAX until the last one is tagged, and then the last one tagged is “It” for the start of round 2. The game continues on as so. Exhausting or the 1st “It” but man it was fun!

5 MOM:
20 Dead Cockroach IC
20 Freddy Mercury’s IC
20 Big Boy Situps OYO
20 LBC IC
20 Russian Twist IC

COT:
Aprill 11th Mud Run- register, register, register

Now- the great question for you reading is “Why does the TOT know F3 Counts after this workout?” Answer:  The whole idea about no man left behind or no 6 left alone was put into practice this morning. This was a group of men who had it right. When a PAX fell behind on the long Indian Run, we would loop around in formation to where he was the leader in line setting the pace. It added some creativity to the run and it was a great way for us to encourage each other. The mumblechatter was nothing but encouraging, and was music to YHC ears. This is “I AM THIRD” exemplified. Proud.  Does F3 Count? You betcha.  YHC was so encouraged by all these PAX it was a AWESOME way to start the week!!!!

Thanks to all the PAX who came out this morning! Always a honor!

See you in the gloom and God bless!
