Rather than reinvent the wheel YHC thought he’d share a tried and true workout I originally created for F3 Columbia’s #SwampFox that lacks creativity but makes up for it with an abundance of suck.
Conditions: 70 degrees with an astounding 100% relative humidity.

Mosey to tennis courts
Warm up suicides the length of all four courts x 2
Circle-Up
- Merkins x 25 OYO
- C-LBC x 20 (4ct)
- Burpees x 12 OYO
- Flutters x 20 (4ct)
Rinse and Repeat x 4 (Total Merkins w/ Burpees: 148)
- SSH x 20 (4ct)
Suicides the length of all four courts x 2
Circle-Up
- Merkins x 25 OYO
