15 PAX including 3 FNGs decided to get in the ring this morning and find out what they were made of. They all had the Eye of the Tyger this morning and came ready to FIGHT. IT. OUT.
Our FNGs were:
Nolan Peevy- F3 Pebbles- but YHC is making decision to rename to “Mr. Rogers” because he lives in the same neighborhood, and b/c YHC works w/ the other Pebbles. ***CONFUSION***
Curt Turner- F3 Beaker
Jim Garrison- F3 Fire Marshall Bill

Get into 2 lines for a Indian Run, make 2 laps to allow for 2 stragglers to join in- transition into a mosey towards the center of the park…wait…there’s a hill. Let’s play here a while.

Bear Crawl to top of Hill

Crab walk to bottom of hill
Continue rotations moving down to 1 Burpee and 10 Fairy Jacks
(that is 109 of each excercise- respectable! Think Beaker knocked out 130! FNG leading the way!)

It’s actually a Dora 1-2-3, but the Tunnel of Hate sounds much more menacing.
Partner up- while one PAX starts on numbers below, the other PAX is knocking out two laps on the grassy hills-rotate until all reps are complete.

Prayers for Walker- family is heading to DUKE today to meet w/ new group of specialists that have had good success w/ similiar types of illness. Prayers for healing.
Prayer for Waco- funeral for his grandmother today- celebrating her life- mourning her loss- and looking forward to their future reunion
Prayers for Mr. Bojangles wife and for him as he leads her- she is going back to work today after being out w/ having their son. Struggling w/ that.

Can’t tell you how excited YHC was this morning- seeing 15 PAX show up at the Eye of the Tyger was SO ENCOURAGING. PAX came from both Iron Works and from Swamp Rabbit, and it continues to remind of how much more we need to bring these 2 great regions together. If you get the chance, come on out to this AO and experience all it has to offer. It’s a killer location- and there is so much to do. If you want to Q- shout at me. Always open to variety and some fresh blood…and it’s always fun to Q at different AOs. Was truly an honor to be among such a group of PAX this morning.
