Many of the PAX, YHC included, experienced diminished muscle mass during the BRR hiatus. Worried that the relay would have turned them into soccer-armed runners, 8 showed up to The Burbs for some good old fashioned boot camp with ya boy NSA.

Warm-up

-Arm circles
-15 SSH, IC
-20 Squats, IC
-15 Imperial walkers, IC
-10 merkins, slow IC

Thang

11s with pull-ups and mary catherines

Start with 10 pull-ups, run down to bottom of the parking lot. 1 mary catherine (DC of course!)
Repeat decreasing pull-ups and increasing MC’s until 1 pull-up, 10 MC’s

Line up on first parking space. Run to 2nd line, 10 mountain climbers SC, back to starting line, 5 burpees.
Repeat at lines 4, 6, & 8

Line back up on first parking space. inchworm to 2nd space, lunge to 4th, inchworm to 6th, lunge to 8th.
