Actually, today we did both!  With only three showing up today we started a bit late

Warmup

20 x side straddle hop
20 x imperial walker

Lots to do, so let’s get going…

Mosey to the cool mobile sculpture and do 30 double count flutters while admiring it.  Mosey to the parking garage.

Workout

Today we did an escalator up the stairs.  On each floor we did an exercise plus repeated the exercises we did on the previous floors.  So, 10 merkins on the bottom floor, 10 merkins + 20 double count mountain climbers, next floor add 30 double count flutters, next floor add 40 squats, next floor add 50 shoulder taps, next floor add 60 LBC, a total of 60 merkins, 100 dc mountain climbers, 120 dc flutters, 120 squats, 100 shoulder taps, 60 LBC.

People’s chair for 1 minute to catch our breath

Mosey down to 5th floor and do a Jacobs Ladder – run up the ramp to the 6th floor do 1 burpee, run down the ramp and back up and do 2 burpees, on up to 7 burpees.

Peoples chair for 1 minute to catch our breath

Run down the stairs then do a stair loop – up one side to the top, run across the top and down the other side.

Mosey back to peace center for mary.
