23 Men rallied round the shovel flag in Downtown for Mega Moo’s VQ. Lot’s of mumblechatter on how to spell Mega’s surname – Moo or Mu? As you can see by this post, YHC chose Moo. Turns out, he spells it the other way.

Partner 1 runs backwards
Partner 2 smurf jacks x15
Partner 2 chases partner 1 regular, then runs backwards until caught
Plank when done

Joe Hendricks up the church steps (or bear crawl with Jack webb to 6)
Sumo squats x20 at top
Flutters at bottom when done
