Warm-up:
Everyone warm from the run down when we all met so let’s just get to moseyin’.

The Thang:

Hill AMRAP:
Start at the bottom of the traffic circle on Furman Hall Rd.
10 burpees

Run up to the sidewalk just past the shelter on the right
10 pushups

Run to the Gnarly Tree
10 2 ct. American Hammers

Run to the stop line at the top of the hill
10 8 ct. body builders

Run back down the hill stopping at the Gnarly Tree and sidewalk stations

Continue for 30 min.

Meet back at flag for a half Dora at the grassy hill
50 pushups
100 lbc’s
150 squats

Ditka leads in 3 min of Mary:
Mountain Climbers x20 IC
Flash Abs x20
finish with a 30 sec low plank

Recover – done!
