One Mile Run at 10:00 Mile Pace  (During which time Baby Seal had to peel out of the run and head for the woodline where he promptly gave us a good name for this workout)

Bring Sally Up – Squats

Half Mile Run at 10:00 Mile Pace

Bring Sally Up – Merkins

Half Mile Run at 10:00 Mile Pace

Wall Sits x 30 Seconds

50 Yard Dash and back to wall

Skull Crushers x 30 Seconds

Rinse and repeat with 1 Minute

Rinse and repeat with 1:30 Minute

Flutters for 1 Minute

Hello Dolly’s for 1 Minute
