The very first #NightOps, (you know, the one that PAX actually came to!), consisted of a run from the SF up to Liberty Bridge and back with a 10 Burpee penalty each and every time you crossed a bridge. YHC rehashed that workout with just a pair of us out for a decent paced mosey. It was still just as bad as the last time we ran this. A total of 9 bridge crossings. Throw in the 4 MOM at the end, consisting of MC, LBC, FK, and HTH all IC x20, and we were gassed. But it does make for a fast 45 minutes. Before we knew it, we were headed home. T-claps to UncRem for getting through it. At times, we were both on the verge of #merlot (#CakalakyHumidity). Moleskin- there are a lot of people in the park on Sunday afternoons. Just a matter of time before we pick up some more company. Keep EH’ing those guys that give excuses.
