It was a beautiful crisp Monday morning at the finest workout location in the Upstate. Let’s get right to it.

Warm Up:
First exercise is……Smurf Jacks x 15

That Burbian Thang:
Mosey down to the Elementary School for a Dora/Murph Mash. Partner up for:
100 pull up (50 each), after completion take off around the Church
200 merkins (100 each), run around the Church
300 squats (150 each), run around the Church

Meet back in the Church parking lot for an Indian Run x 2 (got in our 5k+)

Mary:
Flutters x 15
Russian Twist x 15
