Team up in pairs & get ready for a suckfest…

All double count:
100 lunges
200 American hammers
300 shoulder taps
400 flutter kicks

PAX 1 runs to the top of the steps – does 3 burpees & comes back down to tag PAX 2

There will be a meeting tonight (11/23) at Barley’s. Don’t have to volunteer
to lead, this is to get those involved in G’ville together for a little fellowship
and help RWB Greenville get well established.
