The Warm up:

The Thang:
YHC decided it would be fun to play games, so I brought out the dice. Each PAX would roll the two dice and the 12 sided die calls the exercise, while the 20 sided die calls the reps.
First, the dice were being nice, called Squats, Mountain Climbers, and LBC’s. Then the dice turned, Burpees x 18. 1,2,3,4,5,6 … crap… that right the first PAX heard the oncoming train. That means 10 more Burpees on top of the current 18. Back to Squats and YHC was still a little winded from the Burpees, so I decided to take a two lap mosey to catch our breath. After the second lap we hit the blocks for some Dora 1, 2, 3. (OK it was planned to be a 1,2,3 but the Q realized that he has been sick and was smoked after getting 25 into the 2 so it turned into a Dora 1,1,(really another train)1, (seriously another damn train) 3) 100 block ‘merkins, 100 block chest press, (10 burpee salute) 100 curls,(10 burpee salute) 300 LBC’s. Plank while we waited on the six.
Still got time for one more round of dice. Imperial walker squats, LBC’s, Mountain Climbers, 14 more burpees to close out with a few more Monkey Humpers
