A BEAUTIFUL morning after the Greenville heat-wave the last two weeks. 13 PAX strong at TOT this morning. Most of our other regular brethren were fartsacking at the beach. #jealous
In honor of June 29th, we did 29 reps of many exercises today. AND to dust off the exercise book for oldies but goodies.
Warm-up mosey to church field:
- Mountain Climbers (4 count) x 29 IC
- Carolina Dry Docks (single count) x 20 IC
- Goofballs (4 count) x 29 IC
- Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC
- Monkey Humpers #crowdfavorite x 29 IC
- Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC
Mosey to church pavilion:
- 10 box jumps
- 20 dips
- 30 large arm circles
Rinse and Repeato x 3
Time to do some block work! Mosey to pick up cinder blocks and move to the OTHER church parking lot. Circle up.
- With cinder block – squat, double curl, shoulder press x 29 OYO
- Block jumps (jump over and back for 1) x 29 OYO
- Plank exercises
- Lunges (every other leg) x 29 OYO
Returned the blocks to their safe keeping. Planked with 6 inches for 29 count waiting for the rest of the group. Mosey to the original church field again.
- 120s (sprint the length of the field, jog back) x 5 all together
Circled up for 2MOM:
- Big boy sit ups x 29 OYO
- Good Morning Abby (prisoner get ups) x 10 OYO

- An FNG (Noah – Soccer Mom’s 2.0) joined us and tried to name himself! Ha,ha! You know how that went.
