YHC drove north in the early gloom waiting to get a beatdown V-Q from PETA.  I arrived to see him diligently setting up props for his long awaited debut.  However, the pax disappointed by fartsacking! Oh Well, Peta looked at me and said you want to do that Burpee run discussed last week.  YHC said sure why not, it sounds awful enough.  So we co-Q’ed an impromptu workout.  PETA will save his debut for another day when the pain can be joyfully spread to more pax.

Warm-up- there was none

The Thang

Run 1 mile + to trailblazer park via SRT.  We stopped 5 times to perform 10 Burpees OYO.

Run 1 mile + back to gateway park via SRT.  We stopped 6 different times to do 10 Burpees and an assortment of exercises mostly focused on core but we did though a couple of upper body exercises to spread the joy.

We did a lot of burpees!  Seems to me new theme at the dog pound.  YHC will plan to built on this as I Q to one day do the 2 mile 200 burpee work out.  CAN NOT WAIT!!
