Warmup:
SSH x 20 IC
Imperial Walkers x 20 IC
Mosey around the track for a bit to warm up the rest of the body.

The thang:
I read the backblast from Splinter workout at F3 Hickory and thought “that’s awful..I have to try that”, so here is a modified version.

10-1 Merkins, Squats, Heel Touch LBC’s
10 Each exercise then 9, 8, … , 1

Mosey around the track and over to the picnic shelter and tables.

50 Dips
100 Mountain Climbers (Single count)

Mosey around the parking lot and down the entry road and around to the hillside next to Hwy 14.
Bear Crawl up the hill to the parking lot, then Crab Walk back down.  I had intended to do a couple rounds of this, but my hands were frozen through my gloves so let’s run some. (Alfred voice “My hands are cold”)

To warm up my hands and arms:
20 Arm Circles forward IC10 Michael Phelps (back slappers)
20 Arm Circles backwards IC
10 Michael Phelps

10-1 Merkins, Lunges (each leg), Oblique Crunches (each side)
10 each exercise then 9, 8, … , 1

Small group today, but we suffered well together.  Based on IceMan’s comments, NSA needs to visit more often to improve his night vision.  Thanks for letting me lead you today.  If you haven’t been up north to The Dark Corner, you need to make the trip.  Lots of options available to inflict pain.
