Grab your block and head to the baseball field
Modified Jack Webb; 1 merkin : 4 block curls …. 10 merkins : 40 block curls
Drop block and 10 squats IC
10 squats with block IC
Jack the Ripper with block 1 merkin : 4 LBC’s (hugging block)….10 merkins : 40 LBC’s
on your six for flutters hold block above chest x 20 IC
Line up for block throws: throw block and run to it and do 6 lunges go till you make across outfield.
Throw block the other direction and run to it and do a man-makers. keep going till you make to the fence on the other side.
Take block back home.
