Warm-up

20 SSH IC

10 Slow-count Merkins IC

Pair up for the race (split reps between the pair):

Parking lot for 100 merkins

Run to the gazebo for 30 pull-ups

Backwards run up the hill to Cannon Street

50 Squats

Side stepping up Cannon street to Jason Street (5 facing the right then switch for 5 facing the left and repeat up the hill)

Run towards Main Street with walking lunges for 25 yards halfway to Main

Turn right up Main to Memorial Church for 50 coupon curls per partner with the non-curling partner doing AMRAP LBCs

Run down Main, take left on Jason and down to the picnic shelter for 50 dips

Back to the parking lot to start another loop…to be performed AMRAP

YHC was quite close to spilling merlot on the final lap but kept it together. Nice work gents!
