Mosey to the front of the church for some Criss Cross Applesauce (we are so PC at the burbs). Partner 1 takes off in one direction and Partner 2 takes off in the other, when meeting back up with your partner complete 5 burpees (back of church), continue running and when you meet back up with our partner complete 10 āvā ups (front of church). Rinse and repeat x 3. Change exercises: merkins x 10 (back of church) and American Hammers x 15.
Plank exercises while the PAX gathers back up.
Mosey to the right side of the church to grab a cone. Indian run around the church while keeping the cone over your head.
Mosey to the pull up bars and partner back up for:
50 pull ups and 3 laps around the church
