Lunges to the third tennis court;  Sprint to the fence

Wheel barrow 2 courts each partner; sprint to fence; 10 Merkins, 10 Leg throws

Crab walk to 3rd court; sprint to fence; 20 Werkins, 20 mntn climbers

Bear crawl to 3rd court; sprint to fence; 30 squats, 30 LBC’s, 30 IW’s

Old fashioned suicides, all 5 courts and back to fence; 40 shoulder touches, 40 dips, 40 Russian Twist

Burpee broad jump to 2nd court; sprint to fence; flutters x 21

Merkin pyramid countdown by 3 from 20, run 2 courts and back, 17,14, 11, 8, 5, 2 & complete
