Cinder Blocks make you Stronger!

Small group of 5 guys came out to play with Cinder Blocks.

Warm-up:

20 – Side-Straddle Hop
10 – Big Boy’s
10 – Squats

Doing a modified DORA, little hard to break into groups of 2, so we had a group of 3 and a group of 2 = 5!  Started in the staff parking area, 2 PAX ran to the stop sign and back while the other 3 played with Cinder Blocks, switched upon completion of running.  All routines were 150 cumulative repetitions:

Curl the block
Box Jump onto the block
Merkins with feet on the block
Squats with the block
American hammer with the block
Overhead press with the block

Back to the front parking lot for 5 sets of 10 second wall sits with a short sprint between sets.

Finished off with 20 Hill Billies and a visit by Sushi.

Prayer request for Wi-Fi’s friend who’s mother passed away after battling cancer, funeral is today.
