Can't do Cadence? Just take it out on the legs

Warm Up:

Imperial Squat Walker  x10

Imperial Walkers          x20

Hillbillies                      x20

 

The Thang:

Mosey across the bridge and down to the pavilion to start Heart Break 1,2,3’s

Mosey back to the bridge for the Wall of Fire, rotate through each doing 10 derkins & 20 air squats while the rest of the pax do peoples chair.

Mosey to the bottom of the long stair way for B.L.I.M.P.S until everyone of the PAX gets a turn to run the stairs.

Quadraphilia for 4 min No time left to do this one.  Maybe next time.
