Lap around the soccer field
SSH x 15 in cadence
MC’s x 15 in cadence
LBC’s x 10 in cadence
M.O.A.B
6 exercises – OYO single count at each corner of the field (same exercise 4 x’s)
Sprint the short side of the field and jog the long
Merkins x 10 (raise right arm high/down and up raise left arm high)
High Knee Kicks x 10
Burpees x 4
Mummy Kicks x 10
High Knee Jumps x 10
Lay flat sit ups x 10
Run one more lap around the soccer field
