Burpees, Blocks and Running

It was a hot and humid morning at Powderkeg but 14 men found their way through the humid gloom.

Warm-up:

SSH – 20 IC

IW – 15 IC

Windmills – 10 IC

The Thang:

Run to the shed for a block. Line up along the parking lot.

Split into two groups.

Group #1: One member lunge-walks blocks across parking lot. Other group members do burpees until all blocks are on the other side of the parking lot.

Group #2: Run big loop around parking lot and church. Sprint the short sides and jog the long sides. At each corner they stop for 20 SSH.

Once all group #1 members have lunge-walked all the blocks the teams switched.

No time for this after all the mumble chatter that was had during the burpees!!
