SSH x 30 IC
Mountain Climbers x 20 IC
Plank Jacks x 20 IC
Little arm circles
Big arm circles

The Thang:
Mosey to our normal wall at Main Street. Pax lined up for dips, so I changed to Step Ups x 20 each leg OYO.

Head to parking lot of church. Time for “The Dab”. What, never heard of this. Well, it sucks. 10 Burpees per minute for 5 minutes, then run 1/4 mile OYO. Faster pax hold Al Gore while waiting. Time to rinse and repeat. Mumblechatter now since pax wanted to tell me a better way to do it. You can “Q” next time if you like! Once finished with round two, we stopped so it was really a Half Dab.

Mosey to stairs out by main street and Joe Hendricks up both sets and mosey to back of line for round 2.

Head back towards the AO, but stop at our wall for actual Dips this time x 20 IC
