It was a gloomy morning at Powderkeg but 19 men (including two FNG’s) stepped out of it and found this

Warm-up:

SSH – 25 IC

IW – 15 IC

Windmills – 10 IC

The Thang:

Run to the shed for a block. Line up along the parking lot.

5 Blockees then sprint to the opposite end of the parking lot and jog back to the block. Rinse and Repeat 5 times. Reverse LBC’s until everyone finishes

Meet up at the bottom of the parking lot and pair up for the Burp Back Mountain. Quadraphilia up the hill while the partner does burpees. Alternate until the team does 100 burpees.

I felt much love for calling this one!!

Run back to the block and circle up at the flag for a round of Colt 45 and 15 triceps extensions.
