6 men joined me on a humid morning for a march around Greer.  I missed Beastside and Hank this week, so I decided that wherever I took the PAX this morning, I was running.

The Thang

We grabbed our bricks and moseyed over to the pond for a little catch me if you can.  Partner 1 takes off with the bricks, while partner 2 does 5 burpees before running down his partner and switching roles.  We did this until everyone seemed properly warmed up. Our only train of the morning added 10 burpees.

Next we headed over to the amphitheater for a Stitch inspired exercise.  When he called Jack Webb Joe Webb last week, I saw the fear in the PAX as they imagined some unholy combination of Joe Hendrix and Jack Webb.  Well, he is not just a bad quarterback anymore. He is now an equally terrible workout.  We Did Joe Hendrix up the steps, stopping at three intervals to do 5 merkins and 20 air presses.  With our shoulders smoked, it was time to get running.

We lined up for an Indian run down Church Street to a mystery destination.  After about 1/2 mile, we stopped to do 25 LBCs before moseying up Pine Street.  We stopped after another 1/2 mile or so for some Russian Twists before running the last leg to the track behind Harley Bonds for some Bojangles Biscuits.  We had both plain and with blueberries (5 burpees in the corners) before recovering with some big boy sit ups before moseying back to the Station.  Exactly 5 minutes left for Mary.

Prayers for those with medical issues and for iTunes as he travels this week.  Also for those who are injured or just need the push to start posting.

Great work men.
