The designated QIC, Earthmover was running late, so YHC picked up the Q.  Since I didn’t have a prepared Weinke from which to memorize the workout, this is all from memory a day later, so I may have some of the counts or the exactly order incorrect. Heck I probably am leaving something out entirely #oldmindsarefeeble

Before starting the PAX presented to Bondo a stylish F3 hoodie in recognition of his perfect attendance since the Gideon House launch eight weeks ago. His house mates will be Swamp Rabbit green with envy.  No need though, theirs is available for the posting.
