7 men showed up at the burbs to find out what dumb ideas YHC had in store. Hopefully, the Q lived up to the hype. Wilson called me out over the weekend and suggested that I was not in good enough shape to deliver a beat down people would regret. Given my 1 bootcamp appearance this year, I feared he might be right. You be the judge.

10 minutes of 10 Burpees EMOM

(EM mutters “are you serious?” and gives me the look) WV started to get giddy at this point. I realize that I can’t make it 45 minutes of EMOM Burpees.

Run a lap

1 squat 4 lunges
2 squats 8 lunges

8 squats 32 lunges
Down the ladder normally from there.
50 squats

Run a lap.

10 burpees.
Die.

Push-up circle wave
Down and hold until the circle gets back to you then up. Repeat x7.
