7 men gathered in the chilly gloom at #TheStation. Apparently, @Grrr doesn’t want me to Q as he tried to give away my Q via twitter. Eventhough @NSA #HC’d via the #twittamachine Monday, he succumbed to the #Fartsack. And while @Alfred didn’t #HC, he blamed his #Fartsack on Bambi. Enough of the #housekeeping…..

The Thang:
Mosey up to the paved circle. Why isn’t this the standard warmup area?

Mosey down by the pond. FNG Blue was feeling #frisky this morning. He established a #LarryBird theme early. Once he realized he didn’t know where we were going he came back to the pack.

Joe Hendrix up the steps onto Cannon St, then line up single file for an #IndianRun. Up Canon towards Poinsett then right on Jason St. Once we got to Main St, mosey to the Church.

Once at the Church we grab a block and I explain what we’re gonna do – Pyramids (or ladders).
Each exercise will be done in ascending reps of 2 (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) then back down (8, 6, 4, 2).
First set: block swings and man makers
Second set: squat and press and offset merkins (one hand on the block)

@Blue had some trouble with the instructions, blaming it on the Q’s directions. #LikelyStory #WaxOnheardmejustfine

Put the blocks back and head home, the long way. Left out of the Church parking lot, then right on Arlington, then right on Cannon. Once we got to the bottom of the hill we stopped for me to explain how we’re finishing up the workout. Backwards run up the hill then left on Jason St (towards City Hall) then stop at the small paved circle.
