The Thang:

Mosey to Sidewall parking lot, swinging by UMC to borrow a coupon.

With dumbell/coupon:

11’s: Dumbell swings / rifle carry / curls to presses

Run a lap

11’s modified to 9’s: Goblet squats / farmer carry / renegade rows with Merkin

Run a lap

11’s modified to 9’s: Bent over rows / farmer carry / reverse flys

Thrusters: 10 OYO

Mosey back to flag for Mary:

Flutters x25 IC; One leg bridge x6 each leg IC; Captain Thors up to 5:20 IC

COT:
