The Workout

At each station, complete a round of BLIMPS. Then run to the next station. Rinse and repeat until five rounds of BLIMPS are completed.

5 Burpees (25 total)

10 Lunges each leg  (50 total)

15 Imperial Walkers (75 total)

20 Merkins (100 total)

25 Plank Jacks (125 total)

30 Squats (150 total)

Stations: clock tower, Ice Cream Station, stop sign where the creeper van usually hangs out, the bricks, Simpsonville War Memorial

Plenty of time was left, so the group ran back to the clock tower to meet this morning’s Dora. However, 2 PAX mysteriously disappeared before the start of the Dora. Why? Creeper van? Time for work? You be the judge.

Partner up and complete the following:

PAX 1 exercises, while PAX 2 runs.

75 Burpees (When the rep count is reached, both PAX bear crawl to Ice Cream Station and begin next exercise.)
