Bear Crawl, Lunge walks, with a sled – Oh My!!

Sorry for the delay, fellas.  Looking back on Tues 11/25…11 men made the choice to embrace fellowship and accountability – TANKYARD-STYLE!!

The Warm-up:
SSH x 20 IC
IW x 20 IC
Squats (4 ct – 1:down, 2:heels up, 3: heels down, 4: up) x 20 IC
Mountain Climbers x 20 IC

The Thang:

Round 1
Mosey around the baseball field to the side road/parking lot driveway.  Gather at the bottom of the hill for Jacobs Ladder:
run up driveway hill – 1 burpee, run back down
run up driveway hill – 2 burpees, run back down
Rinse and repeat up to 7 burpees and plank at the top when done

Round 2
Mosey along the baseball fence from where we left off until the dug and enter the field where we conveniently found…a nice round sled with a sandbag on it.  Perfect for: A Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Indian Run!
– Pax start bear crawling up the first base line. When the last man gets to the sled, hold on to the sled bear-crawl style and run (bear crawl AFAP) to the front.
– Pax keeps bear crawling until last man reaches the sled and he pushes/crawls AFAP to the front
-Continue in this fashion until the outfield fence, turn left and:lunge walk along with outfield fence #queumumblechatter
-Around center field, resume bear crawl and feel the burn as the leg muscles start to shake
-At left field line, turn towards home and lunge walk to home plate

Round 3
Jailbreak to RT field fence: 10 merkins, 10 burpees
Jailbreak to CF fence: 20 Squats – 4 Count
Jailbreak to LF fence: 20 Merkins
Jailbreak home

Round 4 – LBAC
Arms out to side:

Forward x 10 (4 count)
Backwards x 10 (4 count)
Arms in front:
Inside x 10 (4 count)
Outside x 10 (4 count)
Hands to Heaven:
Inside x 10 (4 count)
Outside x 10 (4 count)

Stop for 10 count breather…YHC needed another so we got 2 for the road!

Round 5:
Mosey back around the baseball field and stop at each stadium light for 5 burpees OYO
Total 5 stops at 5 each = 25 and finish at the shovel flags

MOM:
Flutters x 20
Obliques to the left knee x 10
Obliques to the right knee x 10
Back scratchers x 20
Dollys x 20
One other exercise that I can’t remember  x 20 because I know we did 100 reps

And then one last round
Spicoli burpees x 10 OYO so that don’t forget our brothers fighting the good fight!

Naked Moleskin:
– Prayers for Semper’s wife for passing grade on her big test
– Flay’s wife’s cousin who was in a car accident.  She did not sever her spine but the recovery will be long, difficult and painful.  Her father (flay’s wife’s cousin’s father…) also has some medical issues with a long road ahead of him.  Neither of them are believers so prayers that this challenge can lead them to a deeper understanding of faith.
– Safe T-giving travels for Beavis and all others on the road this week
– Clapper and his family just bought their plane tickets to China to finalize the adoption of their new daughter.  5 Clappers outbound; 6 Clappers inbound!  Congrats to the entire Clapper family and prayers for safe trip (leaving 12/28 and returning 3 weeks later)
