Balls to the Wall at Dogpound

3 Pax decided to show up even though a thunderstorm was happening. Stopped just in time for the warmup on a wet parking lot.

Warmup:
SSH x 25 IC
Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
Hillbilly’s x 15 IC
Slow Count Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang:
Mosey up the swamp rabbit trail and found a short wall for 11’s. Dips and Derkins.

Now we are warm, so we mosey even further for some Spackler Suicides in the church parking lot. SSH x 25, Squats x 15, Burpees x 5 all in suicide form so forward and back.

Time for legs. Lieutenant Dans all the way to 24. Legs are spent.

Mosey down the trail and start our way back since I found a nice wall. Time for something new at Dogpound. Balls to the wall with alternating shoulder taps IC x 15. Now the heavy breathing.

Still on wall for 2, 45 second wall sits to get the legs even more spent.

Mosey back to original short wall for more 11’s. Dips and Step ups.

Welcome back Yeager Bomb! Super happy to see anybody show up in crappy weather. Made the decision to start meeting on Monday’s at Dogpound to help round out our week of Bootcamp.
