8 men defied the #fartsack to come out and get better with a YHC and run some interval laps at #beastside!

1 mile warm-up laps. YHC looked down at his watch one time and noticed that the pace was around 735 to 8 minute pace pretty quick warm-up..

The main thang

YHCs first day out at BEASTSIDE was a 21 lap interval beatdown with Longbottom. So Yhc thought it was only appropriate for the first Beastside Q to be the same thing. A minute Go and a minute slow The goal was to maintain your interval time and backing out to your threshold from there and after fatigue just continue to move! Including our warm-up YHC estimates the pax ran 20 to 22 laps today!

Great effort by all and thanks for the encouragement from the Pax!

Men I enjoyed this morning as bad as the workout sucked it was uplifting and encouraging. A great reminder for YHC and all pax is to remember no matter how hard we train in the gloom it means nothing if we are not putting the same effort forward in our home with our children and wives. Stay focused and as our buddy Snowden would say put a smile on your face it’s a beautiful day God has blessed us with!
