Mosey to gazebo(YHC has dice)
Pretty simple here- Roll dice and exercise
3 exercises- Merkins, Bobby Hurley’s, & Big Boy S/U
After 2 rounds run lap around pond
4 rounds completed

Mosey to Canon St parking lot & partner up
Individual Count
100 Shoulder Taps
100 DC Flutters
While one partner exercises other broad jumps to end of parking lot & lunge walk back

Backwards run up exit ramp
IR to park entrance
25 Dips
25 Derkins
Diagonal Kick Slide each light post
10 Box Jumps at fountain

Mosey to Playground
Partner 1 10 Pull-Ups
Partner 2 20 Single Leg Squats
Run a lap & Flip-Flop(2 laps)

10 slow count bench presses(We actually pressed the parked benches) Iceman took pleasure in ABC gum
