12 PAX shed the fart sack and got moving at Golden Strip. No Q?? No problem. I’ll take it and we’ll go back to basics. Bring on the DORA and 11’s on Nippler’s Hill.

Warm Up:

SSH x 25 – IC
Merkins x 15 – IC
Hillbillies x 20 – IC

Let’s get it. Mosey to the base of the hill and partner up. Partner one ran to the top of the drive to the stop sign and back while Partner 2 was working:

200 Merkins
300 Squats
400 Flutter kicks (double count)

Next, stay put and it’s time to turn to Nippler’s Hill. We did 11’s on this beast with burpees at the bottom and jump squats at the top.

There was a little time left, so we moseyed to the wall in front of the school for some wall squats and sprints across the parking lot and back.

That’s time! No time for Mary on this one.
