15 PAX including 1 FNG went back to the basics at Golden Strip.  It was a FREEZING cold morning, but nothing a little Dora and some hill work can’t fix.

Warm Up:

SSH – IC x 20

IW – IC x 20

Merkins – IC x 15

The Thang:

Partner up and let’s head to the hill for some Dora 1-2-3.  PAX 1 runs to the stop sign and back, while PAX 2 does the excercise:

100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 flutters (DC)

Awesome work by the PAX to get warmed up here and get the blood flowing.  Next, let’s head over to Nippler’s Hill for 11’s.  Start with 10 merkins at the bottom and 1 jump squat at the top.  Work your way down from there, 9-2, 8-3, etc.  This hill is a beast and everyone pushed through to get it done.

Mosey back to the flag and find a 40 lb and a 60 lb sandbag waiting for us.  Time to circle up for Salley.  Oh the love/hate relationship with Salley.  Our legs were already smoked, but we pushed through.  Pass the sandbag on the “Bring Salley Up” and get back down on the “Bring Salley Down”.  It’s fun even without sandbags, but man does it suck when you’re the guy having to hold the down with the 60.

Big Boy sit ups x 20 – OYO

oblique V-ups x 10 (each side) – IC

Plank shoulder touches x 20 – IC

Rosalita x 20 – IC

LBCs x 35 – IC
