Yo-leven pax came to the Tower of Terror on a perfect Spring gloom to #getbetter. TClaps to @ThirdBase and @Thumper who were out less than 48 hours after completing the Greenville GRT. TClaps(?) to @Ponch for coming out with pink eye.

YHC has been less than 100% healthy for basically a month. One thing after another and no need to elaborate at this time. Feeling close to 100%, it was time to test myself and the pax with a workout sure to bring out the best in all of us. So, disclaimer and let’s get started.

Warm-up: Smurf Jacks x 20 IC (mumble chatter starts), 50 Burpees (10 per minute for 5 minutes). #mumblechatter intensifies

Mosey to the church picnic shelter for 3 minute AMRAPs:
1. Step ups
2. Merkins
3. Tea Baggers
4. Dips
5. Burpees (yep, again)

Mosey back to the flags
11s in front of the Ice Cream Station – merkins and squats. It’s a short run, so LET’s MOVE. Rabbits were @Tedediah, @SoccerMom, @ThirdBase, and @LiteBrite. #nosurprises

Mary – LBCs x 25 IC, Flutters x 20 IC.

NMM – Great work by all today. Really thankful for all the prayers and texts over the last month. Glad to be at 100% and looking forward to the Red, Light, and Blue next month.

Annc – HOG – Gideon’s House at 0700 this Saturday. May 7th Race for Adoption 5K at Greer Methodist Church. Red, Light and Blue Ruck in Charlotte on 5/13.
