Back At The Holler

Seven Tankyardians joined me in the gloom for a nice little Holler workout.  It was colder than expected at about 36 degrees but pretty pleasant with little wind and clear skies.

Warm-Up:

SSH IC x 20

5 Burpees OYO

*Mosey to The Holler.

Thang 1: 11’s

Burpees & 4 ct flutters

10 burpees at the bottom of the exit ramp, sprint up to the top, one set of four count flutters, run back down.  Repeat until you end with one burpee and 10 sets of four count flutters.

When you finish continue to do burpees until the last man is done.  Thanks, Sanchez!

Thang 2: Dora 1-2-3

Partner up

100 – Lunges

200 – Wall jumps

300 – Dips

While P1 does the exercise, P2 bear walks up the exit ramp and runs back.  Flip flop.

*Mosey back to the tennis courts.

5MOM:

4 ct Russian Twists x 25

4 ct Snow Angels x 25

4 ct Flutters x 25

4 ct Rosalita’s x 25

4 ct LBC’s x 25
