B.O.M.B.S. over Pitchfork

The pitchfork flag was planted and 6 pax got after it on a beautiful, almost fall-like Saturday morning.  Here is the boring summary of what went down:

W/U: SSH x 25 IC, HB x 20 IC, Merkins x 25 IC – mosey to track

Thang:  BOMBS – Partner up, pax 1 runs about 40 yards to the cone and back.  Pax 2 begins the BOMBS – 50 burpees, 100 overhead claps, 150 merkins, 200 big boy sit ups, and 250 squats.  Flapjack until combined reps are met.  YHC had the not-so-bright idea to take the M and 2.0s to Fuddrucker’s Friday night and there was some early discussion of #merlot, but thankfully none was spilled.

After BOMBS, we did a little interval work with about 8 minutes of Catch Me If You Can.  Pax 1 did 20 LBCs, while pax began running backwards around the track.  Pax 1 sprints to catch up with Pax 2, and flapjack for about 8 minutes.

Mosey to flags for Mary – plankorama, oblique v-ups, and some yoga-like stretches.

Very few brain cells were used in the creation of this backblast.
