Windmills x 20 (Apparently windmills are the worst exercise ever at TOT)

Line them up and Indian run to hill by Popo station

BLIMPS & SPMILB

BLIMPS at the bottom of the hill, run to the top of the hill, reverse the order at the top…
5 burpees @ bottom-run to the top- 30 squats @ top
10 lunges each leg @ bottom- 25 plank jacks @ top
15 IW each side @ bottom- 20 merkins @ top
20 merkins @ bottom – 15 IW each side @ top
25 plank jacks @ bottom – 10 lunges each leg @top
30 squats @ bottom – 5 burpees @ top
Plank it up until the 6 is done

Mosey to blocks and to the church lot

Thrusters w/ blocks x 20
Swings w/ blocks x 20
Push press w/ blocks x 20
Squats w/blocks x 20
Merkins hands on block x 20

After each set of 20 do 3 burpees. Wait on 6 until everyone done with 3 burpees. Next 20

Blocks up and back to flag
