WARM UP: Windmill – 10, The Chinook – OYO, Arm Rotations – OYO, Monkey Humpers – 10, Imperial Walkers – 10, Side Straddle Hop’s – 10.

TWO PART THANG: Mosey to home side bleacher stands for B.L.I.M.P.S. 5 Burpees then climb 5 bleacher seats and then back down stairs. Then 10 Lunges and climb 10 bleacher seats and back to bottom. 15 Imperial Walkers with a climb of 15 seats. 20 Merkins with 20 seat climb. 25 Plank Jack’s with 25 seats to climb and finally 30 Squats with 30 stairs to climb up and down. Finish with one lap around the track. Return to Shovel Flags.

SECOND HALF OF TODAY’S THANG: “Catch Me If You Can”. One partner starts with 5 Big Boy Sit-up’s. His partner starts to mosey backwards with concrete block. When Sit-up’s are completed he runs after his partner and they switch places doing sit-up’s and running backwards with block. The second lap around the track is executed the same way but the exercise is single count lunges. Back to Shovel Flags for Mary.

MARY: Flutter Kicks X 10, American Hammer X 10, ABC’s (Capital Letters – Both Legs), Boat/Canoe X 25 and finish up with Merkins to the song ROXANNE by The Police.
