Warm-Up:

Burpees x 5
Lunges x 10
Imeperial Walkers x 15
Merkins x 20
Plank Jacks x 25
Squats x 30
*Mosey to the baseball fields.
Thang 1: 11’s over the fences
I’ll give all credit to Satisfry for this one.
Burpees on one field, hop both fences, Russian Twists on the other side.
Thang 2:
10 Burpees every minute for 10 minutes.
Squints thought we missed a round so we did an additional 10 Burpees.
9MOM:
Big Boy Sit-Ups x 25
Oblique 4-count Sit-Ups, Right side x 25
Oblique 4-count Sit-Ups, Left side x 25
Flutters x 25
Dolly’s x 25
Back Scratchers x 25
LBC’s x 25
6″ for 1 minute
Plank for 1 minute
Squeal wanted to end with Burpees. So, we did an additional 10.
