Another Birthday Beatdown

Celebrating 47 years young, YHC led the PAX through a moderate workout, with minimal trampling of feelings……we all got better.

WARM UP

SSH x yep, 47 IC

5 burpees OYO

Monkey Humbers x 15 IC

5 burpees OYO

Merkins x 10 IC

Mosey to front doors of school for THANG 1

3 rounds of 8 reps – bulgarian split squats and dips at the benches

Mosey to the speedway, get tire for THANG 2

Tire flipping and such…..PAX flips tire 4 times then does 7 hand release merkins and runs a lap and joins the back of the line to rinse and repeat for a full lap.

Next up, PAX 1 sprints up 73 yards and back, while PAX 2 does dead lifts with the tire (standing in the center of the tire), and remaining PAX hold plank.  Repeat til all PAX have done the circuit 3 times.  (Dead lift count was usually around 8)

Mosey to the wall at b-ball court for THANG 3

Quasi-tabata – Hold people’s chair for 47 seconds, 13 seconds rest, then balls to the wall, then BBSU.  Rinse and repeat 3 times.

Mosey back to the flags for MARY and COT

MARY –

ANNC – P200 team in desparate shape, Jackelope coming back to Swamprabbit

COT – Prayers for Whisper’s co-worker with cancer, David Scofield with brain injury / recovery.
