No one was signed up to Q the best workout in TR (“BWTR”) as of last night so YHC stepped up to better celebrate his 48th birthday. I decided to go to the archives and pull out a simple but very effective workout that I’ve Q’d several times.
Good to have Prezent back for his 2nd post. He was overhead saying “Is this a cult?” so we know he gets it!

all the way to 1 210 LBCs
This took us all the way to 6:15. The various electronic devices clocked over 3 miles of running…. 80 yards at a time
