5 pax dodged the larger-than normal roadside deer population and joined YHC for a slightly damp (dare I say, moist?) gloomy gloom morning to work off some of those yummy Christmas cookies and other calorie-laden treats.

- Warm up
- Happy Jacks X20 – 5 side straddle hops in cadence then after each 5th one everyone does two jump squats.
- Bat Wings (x10 each) – OH Claps, Moroccans, Seal Claps, Chinooks/Overhead arm circles
- Hillbillies x20
- Through the Tunnel x25
Dominoes x2 – Plank up on curb – arm high, Pax down to 5 merkins then plank. Repeato down line then switch arms up
Modified (for rain as there were melting fears) version of BLIMPS:
Exercise at end of canopy, run to other end – exercise. Back to end #1 – perform exercise. Back to end #2, exercise and then back to start. Plank up/recover until all have finished. That’s one round.
Limited mumblechatter this morning. Everybody musta been tired or preoccupied….the canopy did seem a bit longer than I’d remembered it.
