Three rabbits for a mosey around the Oh Five. This was my 4th Q in a row at ACES, with a total of 5 PAX joining me to get better. Is it really a “Q” if no one is there to see it?
In light of the email traffic over the last couple days, we took a warm-up lap over to Zoila(“I am committing to being at every Aces Wild from here until the end of November”)’s driveway for some burpees. Then we headed back to the school for AMRAP around the Wormy/Oakview/Westminster/Waccamaw loop. Fun at the corners: Freddy Mercuries, Squats, Flutters, Merkins.
