A Risky Move

With 13 hours until the 5:30 Main Thang, Spongebob sent a distress signal announcing that 5:30 Main Thang was Q-less. As YHC was heading back to the homeland from Charlotte, he couldn’t find himself to have a clear conscience, if he didn’t not offer to take the helm, especially after Q-ing the previous week with his step-brothers of F3 Winston.

With temps perfectly situated in the 60’s, 13 weary souls left the fastsack and embarked towards the Peace Center for a risky opportunity of joining Risky Business in his first Swamp Rabbit VQ.

Mosey over to the amphitheater for 7’s
– Squats at the bottom
– Box Jump to the top step
– Double-count Lunges at the top
– Box Jump down
